Returns
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
- Customized or altered products are not eligible for return.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds

- Check your bank account again to confirm the refund has not been credited.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary and it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product is defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
